CPZ Heavy Hammer crusher
Heavy type hammer crusher made by Xinxiang Great Wall has the features of reliable performance, stable running and energy saving. It can directly crush materials of 600-1200 mm into 25 mm and below. Heavy hammer crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of medium hardness and fragile material with compressive strength less than 200MPa, such as limestone, bluestone, coal, salt, gypsum, alums, brick, tile, coal gangue etc.

The rotor disk is driven by the motor to drive the hammer head to perform high-speed circular motion. After the material enters the crushing cavity, large pieces of material are stacked on the special central stretcher inside the machine. After crushing, the material with a particle size larger than the required following the new material will be hit to the impact plate for breaking again along the tangent direction of the hammer head, so that the coarse and medium crushing is done in one step. Finally, the materials that meet the requirements are integrated into the grid and discharged.
