GZT Series Vibrating Feeder
GZT series rod vibrating feeder is designed and manufactured after digesting and absorbing Swedish technologies, and adopts a vibration motor imported from Japan as the excitation source. This series of feeders are used for uniform feeding of large pieces of material before entering into the coarse crushing crusher. At the same time, due to the role of the rod screen surface, it can remove soil and other fine materials to achieve the pre-screening function and improve the coarse crushing output. It is especially suitable for feeding materials before the coarse crushing in the hydropower industry, construction stone, metal ore, etc.

The vibrating feeder uses centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to force the moving parts such as the screen box and the vibrator to make forcibly continuous circular or nearly circular motion. The vibration feeder is composed of a feeding tank body, an exciter, a spring support, and a transmission device. The vibration source of the tank body is the vibration exciter. The vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the driving shaft through a V-belt, and the gear on the driving shaft meshes with the passive shaft to rotate, and the main and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, which makes the tank vibrate and make the material flow continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
