JEC Series European New Type Jaw Crusher
On the basis of design and manufacturing experience of European and American jaw crushers, JEC series jaw crusher is a new generation product successfully developed by finite element analysis. Compared with traditional jaw crushers, JEC series jaw crusher is better in design and manufacturing, and it adopts high-strength materials and manufacturing technology, and have advantages of higher structural strength and equipment reliability, larger crushing ratio, higher output, and lower comprehensive cost.

The motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the movable jaw swings up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw is pushed to the fixed jaw, the material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw is retracted under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed or chopped material is discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw is crushed to periodically crush and discharge materials to achieve mass production.
