Working principleThis equipment can adjust the gap of grate according to the requirements of users, and change the output size to meet the different needs of different user. High-speed rotating hammer body collides with material and crushes material. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio and high production efficiency. It can be used as dry and wet crushing equipment. The main working part of the machine is a rotor with hammers (also known as hammer head). The rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the impact, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammers. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the particle size smaller than the sieve size of the crushed material is discharged through the sieve plate. The coarse grain size larger than the sieve size is retained on the sieve plate and continues to be hammered and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the screen.
